Our project managers are leading everything from multinational projects staffed with both our own employees and other partners, engineers and specialists, to smaller projects staffed only with our own employees.

Great responsibility
As a project manager we have total responsibility both regarding keeping deadlines and budgets as well as delivering high quality products to our clients.

During the start-up of the project we work a lot with setting the objective of the project and the strategy about how to accomplish it. We estimate the work effort, make the time plan and value the difficulties, and assemble the team of employees for the project.

Multi-tasking
The daily work is much about creating conditions for the project team so they can achieve their goals and solve the problems that come up. And problems will come up, they always do.

More often the role as project manager includes working with different people at different clients, authorities and other companies both in Sweden and abroad.
