Our project managers are leading everything from multinational projects staffed with both our own employees and other partners,
engineers and specialists, to smaller projects staffed only with our own employees.
Great responsibility
As a project manager we have total responsibility both regarding keeping deadlines and budgets as well as delivering high
quality products to our clients.
During the start-up of the project we work a lot with setting the objective of the project and the strategy about how to
accomplish it. We estimate the work effort, make the time plan and value the difficulties, and assemble the team of employees
for the project.
Multi-tasking
The daily work is much about creating conditions for the project team so they can achieve their goals and solve the problems
that come up. And problems will come up, they always do.
More often the role as project manager includes working with different people at different clients, authorities and other
companies both in Sweden and abroad.
A selection of completed design projects:
- Analyses of radioactive emissions due to accidents at Ringhals 1-4 NPP.
- Updating Safety Analysis Reports of Oskarshamn 2 NPP within the project
PLEX- modernization- and power uprating project.
- Updating Safety Analysis Reports of Oskarshamn 3 NPP within the project PULS-
modernization- and power uprating project.
- Transfer of knowledge in regard to Safety Analysis Methodology to Ukraine NPP.
- Fire analyses and research in both Swedish and international collaborations.
- Reporting to the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM) the results of the Safety Analysis Report of
Ringhals 2 NPP within the project TWICE- Exchange Control Room, Instrumentation and Control system, I&C, and implementation
of the tests at Ringhals 2 NPP.
