ES‐konsult educates to achieve safe nuclear power
The nuclear power industry is a business with extereme safety demands which on the other hand place high demands on the
safety culture within the staff. By education understanding is created which forms the basis of a good safety culture.
ES‐konsult has extensive and wide experience of developing and arranging courses within the nuclear industry.
We work with well-known models to produce and develop courses as well as our own experience to create a complete education program in which
parts are put into context. Our focus is on details in a comprehensive picture. We can arrange courses within every area of the company's
competence.
We also perform task analyses (competence analyses) to identify needs of competence and education for various positions
within the concerned organization.
The nuclear industry is an example of a business with a great field of knowledge and extreme safety demands where education
is needed in order to create understanding and exchanging experience. This, on the other hand, is a condition for having good dialogues and
cooperations and making organizations work. Understanding and awareness about your part in the business is a condition for achieving a good
safety culture.
